Lovely hotel in a nice location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we got a great room upgrade included so it worked out really excellent value for money. Woudl have been good value even without the upgrade actually. The rooftop pool was also really nice and it had a good buffet breakfast as well.The free 'foot spa' was nothing special. Everything else was great.

Beautiful hotel further away than we expected to be.Very popular with Asian tourists more so than European Staff very helpful but staff at front desk need to have staff who have better understanding of English . Google translate came into its own . Roof pool nice but small room for 6 sun beds again difficulty in asking for for pool towels then only received one between four people 😃 We are very easy going and after a long days travels it was very comfortable would recommend friends to stay if in this part of the world.

We arrived at 6am after a long flight from the UK, we weren't supposed to check in until midday but we arrived at the hotel and were greeted by James who was lovely, he let us check-in right away for free and even let us have breakfast for no additional charge. On top of that he gave us a temporary room (as our room wasn't ready yet) so we could shower and leave our belongings to go out and explore. At the buffet breakfast (which was delicious), we met Tina who was the most genuine & friendly person we met in our whole 2 week stay in Vietnam, and also Lily who was also very attentive. The location was also perfect for the old town, the only downside is that we didn't have any more time to stay longer. We will 100% be coming back to this hotel if we return to Vietnam.Everything was perfect.
