.Lễ tân và sale thiếu sự thống nhất trong công việc. Vì là đc free bus đi Hội An (plan của mình ngủ lại 1 đêm tại Hội An) nên mình định để hôm mình từ Hội An về sẽ sử dụng dịch vụ. Các bạn lễ tân nói mình PHẢI đi hôm đầu tiên vì hôm sau đủ người thì xe mới chạy, lúc sau bạn ấy đưa mình thêm 1 phiếu và sẽ thông báo với mình có xe đưa mình về ngày hôm sau hay không. Ngày hôm sau: - 7h sáng bạn ấy bảo có xe - 10h lại gọi bảo xe ko chở mình được
