PHÒNG NHỎ, KHÔNG ĐÁNG TIỀN. BUFFET CHO CÓ, DỞ
Quản lý giải quyết vấn đề tốt. Nhân viên lễ tân ngoài việc ban đầu cố ý vô tình giao sai cấp độ phòng cho khách thì còn lại ổn.Hình ảnh phòng không thực tế, phòng 4 người gia đình như phòng 2. Không set up trước khi khách đến ( khăn tắm, tách trà, cafe , nước suối trong phòng, dép) chỉ có 2 thay vì 4. Nhân viên buồng phòng thái độ khi khách ý kiến về việc trên. Buffet, không nước đá. Khi xin thì bảo hiện nhà hàng không có đá, bảo khách uống đở đi. ( Chất lượng phục vụ quá kém, không có sự chuẩn bị tốt). Đồ ăn dở, như ăn chay. Nước ép dưa hấu rất rẻ thế mà uống cứ như pha nước. Không xứng buffet 4* .
