Very Poor
.The lobby seemed alright. When we went to our room, half of the doors to the rooms (incl ours) where wide open. Big stains on the carpet, super small tv, no power outlet next to the bed etc. When I wanted to close the bathroom door, I got a bloody hand as long sharp screws were sticking out of the bathroom door!!! Somebody had taken the door knob off... Staff apologized and have us an “upgrade to a triple room.... which had mould all over the wall, and the hot water turned cold after 2 min shower. Took 25 min and 2 phone calls to get my money back and leave this place... This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. The receptionist said “We are 3 stars but are in the progress to 4 stars”...
