.Gym equipment not good

Staff from reception, bellboy and housekeeping worked very very good and friendly. And served immediately when i need them, really appriciate that. My room didnt have smell and i like this very much, i dont like smell of lemongrass or too strong perfume, so i like my room here. Location, local food in front hotel. Foreigner area behind the hotel 1 street. Well, what do you need more, it's perfect! Just bit bit noise when i could hear people were walking n talking outside. So, i rate this hotel 9 point and they deserve with this.Breakfast was little bit less value for star of hotel but for what i paid it was good. It's just because i compare with the others i stay with same star.

We got early check in which was super nice after 13h train ride. Staff are so very friendly and nice and helpful Breakfast was awesome We had deluxe room on 7th Floor and it was clean and spacious and there was good lights Little fridge and kettle was good bonus Location was ok, hotels vegetarian restaurant was very good Price was more than good I can honestly recommend this hotel to every one! ☺️☺️.Everything was very nice ☺️

One of the worst hotel we booked in Hue so far. A lot of aints in the room. It was dirty and the room smelled smoke.Cleanliness of the rooms and the staff attitudes to solve the problem. It was poorly handled and the staff did not admit the room was in poor condition.

The buffet breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.No safe in room.
