Clean (if not to look under and behind the bed, table etc) and bright room, they change bed sheets every 2-3 days, big windows, close to the beach - 5-7 minutes walk, fridge in the room, elevator.Hosts (big family) don't speak English and seems like they don't even want to try, we were very disappointed by their attitude after other Vietnamese hotels, where hosts were amiable and welcoming. If you expect some recommendations and help from reception, it's definitely not your place. A little far from minimarts and cafes, comparing with other hotels in the area. Motorcycles that they give for rent are quite old and not well maintained (better rent from other places, like we did). They charged us for the minibar that we didn't use, no free water even on the arrival day.
