・施設そのものは比較的新しい ・多少日本語を話せるスタッフが複数名居る ・エレベーターがある.・部屋のクローゼットから妙にカビ臭い様な匂いがして確認すると、ゴキブリの糞と卵があった ・浴室に換気扇がないため、網戸の無い窓を全開にしなければならない ・便器周囲が常に濡れていた(水漏れ？) ・自分に確認も無くルームクリーニングが入っていた(ベッドメイクだけだが) ・目に見える場所以外は基本清掃されていない(床、クローゼット、冷蔵庫、黒く汚れたバスマットなど) ※設備は比較的新しくスタッフ自体は明るく話しやすい印象だが、清掃や清潔に対する認識が悪いのが非常に残念
