Exceptional
The staffs are kind and understanding. Booked 2 room, but due to the sudden change in immigration law due to the COVID-19, half of my family weren’t allowed in Vietnam. The manager of the hotel was kind enough to refund one of the room back to us. Overall, the room and amenities were good. The room was beautiful, together with the rooftop pool.Okay

A nice place to stay
My room was upgraded by booking’s member benefit so the price was very good for deluxe. Nice pool and room. The view from my from was good. I could see Tran Thi Ly bridge, the Han river.Location is a bit far from center but it’s no problem for me cause the city is not very big so you can rent a motobike and go everywhere. But 1 disappointed thing was the guy who supervises the pool. When I was there, there was no towel left for me but he was very inactive and told me that I should go down to my room for taking the towel by myself. I hoped he could help me to find another way to help me like call some staffs of hotel bring the towel to the pool but he said it’s not his responsibility???
