Great Service And Quieter Location
Fivitel location is good for guests who don't like the noisy, and busy city center. View was Fantastic we stayed the room with balcony and river view it's the best choice I make. Tran Thi Ly bridge which is next to the hotel,from the balcony we could see the dragon bridge but its aproximately 1.2km. Lastly I would like to Thank Miss Sophia the guest relation office who gave us lots of information and the 5 stars service from her. Overall the staff are all very helpful and Mr Kim the manager went all the way to check with the government authority whether there will be fireworks on new year eve. Thank You Mr Kim for your service too.There's no iron provided so we need to send for laundry service. Price is reasonable but its the inconvenient. I realised it when it was really late at night. We have to leave for our tour early in the morning
