Eva was a great host! She welcomed us warmly and gave us very good recommendations to make the most of our trip in Hue! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great! The location is within walking distance of the Perfume River and Imperial City, and there a lot of food options nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here when in Hue and would definitely stay again at Eva's Homestay!The room was on the 4th floor, and there are no elevators available. While we did not mind this, it would definitely be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Eva and her staff (especially her very cute, small daughter) are all very welcoming, friendly and kind. We were given a delicious cup of tea as soon as we arrived, and we were treated with utmost respect throughout our stay. The breakfast choices were varied and delicious (best pancakes we've had in Asia) and there are plenty of great restaurants close by for dinner. The room itself was more than big enough for us, and the bathroom was huge too, with a super efficient water heater (remember to turn it on though, I kept forgetting). Fan and air-conditioning, and hairdryer included. Overall, a brilliant stay. Many thanks Eva!We arrived just after a big storm, and our room window didn't face the sun, so the humid air after the weather made the bedding damp before we ever slept in it. However, Eva was very understanding and happily lent us a fresh blanket from her own room while ours was washed and dried the next day by her housekeeper. We also sometimes got a strong smell of drains coming in through the window, but when we closed it and used the fan for air flow instead, it was all perfectly fine, so hardly a complaint, just an honest point.

The owner was nice and helpful, close to walking street. 30-35 minutes walk to Imperial city.It can get very noisy in the morning as the owner kept quite a few birds on the ground floor. We were on 4th floors, we can still hear it. Pho was packed noodle, so a little disappointed.
