Very good Breakfast and friendly stuff! Big Room. Motorbike rental and helpful informations for trips or sightseeing.Our room had a wall in front of the window so no daylight.

The rooms themselves were fairly basic, but the balcony with a view to the city was a nice added bonus. The owner was extremely helpful — organising transport for us and even writing later to make sure everything went well. Recommended!

Perfect stay! Eva was super nice. She helped us with everything. Organized our scooter tour, explained everything, recommended good restaurants and even made us a lunch package for our tour. Breakfast is really good and the rooms are clean. You have hot water and the location is just perfect. She is such a caring person and has a lovely family. We will come again!!:).

Ideally located with a walking distance to restaurants, shops and even the Imperial City. Eva has the best tips to plan your trip and your meals and it was really a 10/10. You can blindly follow her advices. Highly recommended.Nothing much.

Eva is an excellent host. I contacted her to ask if can have an early check in or luggage drop as was checking out from another home stay at noon. Eva replied to say the room is immediately available so she can accommodate my request. Upon arrival was greeted with a warm welcoming smile and she speaks English very well. I was given a free upgrade to a family room with balcony which was very much appreciated. Eva was very helpful to assist me on a few matters. The room was a very good size, 2 double beds, AC, fan, fridge, wifi, quiet evening location, I was there for only 1 night as went to Hanoi the following day but should I return will be staying here again. Thank you Eva was nice to meet you.
