The house is really clean and new. Bedsheet is sorf and confortable. I like the balcony in room. Its special here. The host is so nice and helpful.

Definitely the best accomodation during our 1 month long trip across Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. The room is spacious, very clean, every thing is new, lot of great amenities (tv, ac, balcony, fridge, bathroom, comfortable bed, there's even working desk if you bring laptop). Location is great. Walking distance to beach (5-10m). Lots of restaurants, stores, spas in the vicinity. May is a very enthusiastic and friendly host, she can give you tips for activities, restaurants, also help you with transportation. She speaks English very well. The rest of the staff is very helpful, kind. They helped us rent a motorbike (120k/d), do our laundry (15k/kg!!!). And even though we sometimes had trouble understanding each other in English, we always reached a pleasant conclusion. If I ever travel to Da Nang again, I will definitely want to stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!There's a lot of construction noise (drills, hammers) in the neighbourhood every day around 7AM - 9AM. No chance of getting a decent sleep during those hours unless you have ear plugs.
