Matig verblijf op mooie locatie
De medewerkers zijn heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamer is zeer ruim en de locatie is op loopafstand van alle mooie plekken die de stad te bieden heeft.Er is maar een lift waardoor je soms erg lang moet wachten. Er is zeer beperkt warm water aanwezig, zeker als je met meerdere mensen een kamer hebt. De kamer is zeer gehorig, wij konden de hele nacht alle geluiden van de gang horen van andere gasten die terugkwamen of vroeg weggingen, zeer vervelend.

Nhân viên phục vụ lễ phép, nhiệt tình, giúp đỡ khách hàng. Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ.Không nói rõ thời gian thuê xe với khách hàng. Bên khách sạn tính là 150k/ngày. Mình thuê từ 7h tối hôm trước đến 4h chiều hôm sau. Đến khi mình trả xe lễ tân mới thông báo là giờ thuê xe chỉ tính đến 2h chiều, và bọn mình bị tính thêm nửa ngày thuê xe nữa. Mình không hài lòng về việc này. Nếu khách sạn thông báo trước mình sẽ cảm thấy thoải mái hơn
