Staff lovely, comfortable bed, powerful hot shower.Shower in bath not a good angle so had to hold the shower head. Plug sockets hard to reach.

This is a boutique hotel, privately owned. The proprietors are a very charming couple, on premises much of the time, and do a great job of overseeing the staff and attending to the customer's needs. The entire staff was very professional, attentive and cheerful. They will also help with booking tours and other attractions. Very clean, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast. Very flexible with special requests. Short walk to local shopping areas.Nothing a didn't like, per se. 15 minute walk from main tourist section of town, however, this allowed for more authentic experience and interaction with local population and restaurants. With Grab and taxi so inexpensive, still very accessible to all attractions. Cool local neighborhood.

Staffs are friendly, just around 1 km to center. Everything is ok except the electricity system and the air-con are old.

Absolutely amazing staff. Extremely helpful, polite and always with a smile. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. Good parking space for personal motorbikes. Clean hotel.
