Exceptional
There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. Our room was excellent. The staff could not be faulted yes it it out of town but that is why we booked it! There is a free shuttle bus anyway. Spa was lovely too. The hotel had even organised dragon dancers for New Year’s Day.Nothing at all

Relaxing stay at a lovely hotel
Our stay was unfortunately cut short to which the hotel management very kindly responded, without any prompt, by giving us a complimentary meal in the hotel restaurant and transport to the airport - thank you again. Prior to this our stay was very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and large with a very good sized balcony with views onto a beautiful stretch of beach. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always smiling which made for a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. We will be back and would recommend to others.

A great, but expensive hotel with many high quality facilities
A variety of services, including spa and massage, a nice beach and a large swimming pool, a rich breakfast, friendly staff, especially at the reception, free fruits in the room.A cockroach in our bathroom, relatively high prices in the restaurant, insufficient sound proofing, not enough privacy in the front part of the room
