Amazing spa treatments, great staff and very peaceful. Our deal included daily treatments and 20% off food which worked out really good value. Loved the bungalow with its own little garden (although the grass needed cutting) Breakfast was really good too.One bicycle for 2 adults and a toddler isn’t that useful. The receptionist said they didn’t have any more bikes available and although many guests had requested it they didn’t have any with child seats. The restaurant was very slow to serve dinner on the first 2 nights but faster on the second 2.

It is a wonderful place with a clean and modern spa in Japanese style. There is plenty of activities to explore with Yoga, crafting, zipline, a farm to visit, playgrounds etc. The bed is also very comfortable and the cuisine delicious. The best however were the staff who were very responsive and friendly.I would have loved to find more vegetarian options and specialties of Hue on the menue, and more complementary water.

The breakfast was fine, but would have been nice to have more fresh fruit options. Maybe the limitation was due to the recent bad weather.The menu at Madam Chau's was limited and the quality variable. Some dishes were great, (grilled eggplant and sorbet) and others were very poor ( fried rice with vegetables, there was no vegetables and very bland taste) for the high price. There were also very limited vegetarian options. I also didn't like that we had to buy bottled water at the restaurant during dinner. Given there is a spring on the property and that water is served at breakfast and you can get free water from the tank at the property gate, it is very strange that you have to buy bottled water at dinner. I also think that there should be greater difference between the plain water and sparkling water in the rooms, because it is hard to tell the difference and we did not know that you had to pay for sparkling water but get plain water for free in your room.

Exceptional staff, very nice facilities, a very good place to relax. I enjoyed every minute of it. Food choices in the restaurant could be improved.

Alba Wellness provided us with a great relaxing time, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The onsen and spa services included in the room rate is excellent. There are no restaurants around the resort, but the resort has two restaurants offering great foods and drinks. Breakfast everywhere every time is also a highlight service of Alba Wellness.The room we had was right opposite to the staff room. So it was noisy almost all of the day. The resort is also quite isolated, so most of the time we just enjoyed staying in the resort.
