Amazing hotel 30 minutes from Hue, with great hot springs. The rooms are beautiful, just like the pictures and spacious. All the food was delicious and the breakfast has a great variety with both Continental and Vietnamese options. The hotel has a lot of activities for the guests and the surroundings are beautiful. The Spa is definitely a MUST. All the staff were very kind, specially Thuy, who showed us Hue and told us a lot about Vietnams history.

The resort was quite big and well maintained and had nice landscape. The package included daily onsen, massage, yoga class, zip line, high wire etc. There were plenty to do to keep you entertained, relaxed and pampered. Staff were kind and helpful. Most staff spoke basic English which was super useful because we only learned “hello” and “thank you” in Vietnamese. Madam Chau staff was so pleasant and happy. Breakfast anytime anywhere was awesome and I found that the options were much better for vegetarian. The vegetarian version of Banh Khoai (Hue special crispy pancake) was delightful and my favourite food in Vietnam so far. That unfortunately is not available at the buffet breakfast. And if you want the vegetarian version make sure you specifically asked and confirm, and double confirm since the normal version has pork and shrimp in there.Could do better with vegetarian options and labelling. Ordered vegetarian spring rolls at the “Thanh Tân” restaurant and confirmed it’s vegetarian before order then when I bite into it it was pork :/. Unfortunately this is quite common in Asia but having labels would help tourists and staff out to order the right thing. Breakfast buffet for vegetarian was quite disappointing. Especially comparing to the in room food we had. Spa staff seem to become very tensed and stressed on the second day when a manager appears. We were told where we could sit while the lobby was mostly empty. Felt quite a contrast comparing to the first day that we felt more welcome and relaxed.
