Good staff at the restaurant. Good breakfast, the best of my experience in Vietnam. Great Spa.We ordered a taxi provided by the hotel the night before we checked out but it was late the day later: it looked like they forgot to book it, even if it has been paid, and it arrived 10 mins late, that with the traffic of Hue could mean missing your flight. In the room the flush didn’t work and some lights were broken.

After the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, this place was like an oasis of calm! Beautifully decorated hotel with spacious rooms and lovely spa facilities (the reflexology massage I had was excellent). Restaurant meals and breakfast were excellent. Breakfast in particular included a variety of many local dishes which were great to try. Restaurant staff (Bin!) were also very friendly and helpful when it came to explaining the dishes and how to eat them.Lighting in bathroom is dim. Rooms have roman blinds, so lack a bit of privacy when rolled up.
