Great customer care by the personnel of the hotel, everyone was invariably warm and attentive any time of the day. Good recommendation about the tour of the city, we got a perfect guide that made the difference. Good breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the night walking area - just 200 m away. Plenty of options in terms of restaurants ad bars nearby. You can even walk to the citadel if you like (which you do not need if you take a tour), but it could be good if you want to visit the citadel by your own at night.The view from the room was quite limited by other buildings. Not a big deal since you won't spend so much time in there.

Location was superb. On a trip where we've had several hotel spa massages, the massages by Tien here were the best of the trip, extremely good at helping sore muscles. Staff were friendly and helpful.The room size was a touch tight for the very large armchair, but otherwise was lovely, beautifully designed and elegant. Breakfast was okay rather than great.
