We arrived early in the day (9AM) on the overnight train, but the hotel actually let us check in immediately. This was great because we were both feeling a bit greasy since there are no showers on the train. They even gave us some fruit and pastries from the breakfast buffet while we were waiting to check in! Room was wonderful - beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with all the facilities you would expect.Breakfast a bit lacking compared to other places we stayed in Vietnam - while everything they provided was nice, there are only limited options available. We used the hotel laundry service to wash some clothes and while this was mostly fine I think they shrunk one pair of jeans a bit by drying it at too high a temperature.

Fresh fruit was placed in our room each day which was a perfect snack. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.The rooms were a little small, but however this was somewhat negated by the beautiful interior decoration.

Great staff, very clean, good breakfast, 1/2 a block from the weekend night walking streets. Bed is very comfy.The room fridge wouldn’t get very cold otherwise it was fabulous!

We stayed in Hue for one night and are very glad we chose this hotel. The location is great as there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance however it is tucked away so it isn’t noisy at night. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and spoke very good English. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. We used the laundry service which was quick and easy.
