This was an awesome last minute find. We were traveling by train from Dong Hoi and I was looking up hotels to grab and lucky for us they had one room available. The room was a tiny bit small, but that was fine for what we were using it for. The beds were actually really comfortable for Asia beds. I've noticed through my travels they really like the hard beds! this was soft and comfortable, I could have stayed snuggled up with my man all day in that bed. The breakfast had options for international travelers, but honestly, their noodles were the best! I would have eaten a few bowls. They were super helpful in getting a driver arranged for us to take us over hai van pass, and into Hoi An and honestly that was our best driver we had in Vietnam! I would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Hue and highly recommend this place for your visit to Hue.Nothing.

Excellent staff and location.

The staff was very hospitable. On the day of our check-in they not only offered to let us into the room, even with a full house they gave up their desk at reception to host breakfast - one that wasn't even included in our initial booking. We truly loved it and loved seeing how much effort they put into caring for us. The theme of the hotel and the rooms are nice as well. The rooms are void of outside noise and have very comfortable soft beds. Not a fan of Hue, but if I ever had to come back, this would be where I would stay again.Only the offered portion of the breakfast could have been a bit more.

Excellent hotel with great attention to detail. Breakfast was big and elegant. The room was very comfortable and very clean. It was easy to organize trips and excursions at the hotel reception at honest prices and all could be paid to the hotel on the bill. If you pay by credit card you will be charged an extra 2% for the costs of the transaction . This is pretty normal in most hotels in Vietnam. Here they charge 2%, while other places can charge more!Nothing

Everything. The front of office staff were friendly and very efficient, and made sure i had a good holiday. The room was compact but comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was excellent, considering the size of the hotel. I also liked the location. It was near enuf to the “party” area around Chu Van Anh street but much quieter. The Imperial City and Perfume River museums and market are a lovely 20 min stroll away.
