Exceptional
The hotel is beautiful, new, clean and have the best location right in the city centre. I like the peaceful atmosphere at this place. The host Uyen was amazing, she's so kind and supportive all the time. Will sure come again when I come to Da Nang. I strongly recommend this hotel!/.

Excellent
first they gave us the room without a window, there was a lot of moisture and a bad smell, so we asked for another one and there was no problem changing it. bed was super comfortable and the bathroom clean. the receptionist was very kind and helpful although his english is not the best and it’s hard to communicate sometimes, but you can talk to the lady who is a very good english speaker :).
