.My room detail was included VND 46,519 breakfast per person per night. But actually when i asked the receptionist about this and she said that it was not included. I also shown my room detail in my email but she shown me the information of her screenshot that was not included. I dont know why???

.There were lots of mosquitos. i used mosquito coil at day time during going out. when i came back, a frontman said, "don't use the coil." i said, "sorry." entering in my room, i found the coil and the base pin were disappeared. i understood that situation. i thought i was out of rule. but the problem was my phone recharge cable was disappeared at the same time. i felt it looked like a purnishment. next morning, i had a chance for the hotel's maneger to complain about the situation. she said, their hotel has good ventilation system so no purnishment and no problem about using a mosquito coil. i asked why you got my coil and the pin. and my phone cable was disappeared. i asked for checking my experience. but there was no answer till i checked out the hotel.

The staff are all lovely and very welcoming.There is obviously a big damp problem - we had to ask to be moved from our first room, it was hard to breathe. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every movement of other guests making it difficult to sleep with people arriving/leaving all time’s of night (or hanging out in the halls at 5am). Booking.com lists the hotel as having a bar however there isn’t one.

Very modern & new building. Elevator, key card access. Good location. Friendly staff. Everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommend.

Bed very comfortable. Great location in terms of closeness to beach, however it is far from any 'centre' with restaurants and bars.Wierd smell in bathroom. No big deal but too pricey for that stuff.
