The beach was within walking distance and beautiful. The room was very clean and stylish. I liked that they have a pool and it looked very clean. The breakfast buffet was also nice with many options. The staff was fantastic. They were so kind and helpful. My sister needed to buy some medicine from a pharmacy but all the nearest ones were closed. We asked the staff and they called one for us but it was too far to walk. I sheepishly asked if it was possible to borrow a motorbike to drive her there to which they immediately said yes. The problem was that the bike was manual which I hadn't had much experience with, so one of the staff members then offered without hesitation to drive my sister to the pharmacy himself! Really awesome staff whoever was working there during our stay friendly. They made our stay there that much better!The only thing was that there were people biking around selling Banh My on the street at 2 am. The radios on their bikes were blaring what they were selling which woke all of us up, despite the fact that we were staying on the top floor. Not the hotel's fault though of course, but just a warning to those who will be staying in Da Nang.

Good size for the room, very good location which is 2 mins walk to the beach, next door to Western bars, restaurants, cafes, convenient stores... Staff was very supportive, helpful and they have a good communication system with guests during Covid.The cleaning wasn't very thorough, I keep seeing batches of dirts around. There is a pool downstairs next to the reception but because of where it is, it's not quite a lounge pool.
