We were treated like a member of the family.
Great people work here. We checked in in the middle of night and they cooked us a meal. That was the night shift. During the day Tom met our every need. Mya serves the best soup and food and helps with any other request. The young ladies at the desk in the evening are totally charming. All speak good English, a plus.I have no regrets.

Service that went the extra mile
The hotel is designed in a minimalist, Japanese aesthetic making it unique from other stays and very restful. The large pond in the atrium with the koi was lovely to look out on. The rooftop pool was great and had wonderful views. A huge thank you to Tom and Mia who went above and beyond to successfully recover my wife's cellphone from a Grab taxi that we'd used earlier in the day elsewhere in the city. It was unexpected that they would be able to get the phone back but they contacted the local Grab head office who in turn tracked down the driver who still had the phone and returned it to our hotel. Thank you both so very much.
