The resort facilities are very good especially:- kids beach pool, slide, many different pools. the beach was fantasitic, very clean and broad. great room lots of space to relax in and balconies facing the main pool and Beach which was great (E block).It rained for 1.5 days of our stay, and the hotel does not have very good covered areas to hang out in during the rain, and you can't access most parts of the hotel without needing an umbrella. reception and main restaurant did not have enough chill out areas and space, and it was too enclosed. Quite pricey F&B.

Good services, friendly staffs and clean and beautiful but simple decorated room. Also the enough variety of facilities at wide area of he hotels.Location is a bit far from the center.

Room was very nice, just wish the ceiling fan would be adjustable.The upselling at check-in and therefore it took ages before finally checked in.

The atmosphere is very relax and all the staff in the hotel are very kind and helpful.

This resort is really family friendly and probably not the best for singles or young couples. The staff are really friendly and worked hard. The location is incredible! You have a private beach plus a bunch of pools to use. We had an amazing 5 day vacation there and I would happily stay there again.My main complaint was the cost of the room and food. It's pricey compared to the rest of Vietnam and Da Nang in general but I'd say it's worth it for a family. There are limited eating options at Hyatt so you're kinda stuck paying those prices unless you venture off site.
