Adequate
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we arrived early and we were allowed to check in. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Hot shower , however just let it run for 5 mins to allow for the hot water to come through. Great pick up service for my daughter from the airport. . The beach is a 10 min walk . Easy to get a " grab" to dragon bridge etc.I found it noisy due to the road traffic as our room was on the front. The room was very light due to no black out curtains.
