The staff were lovely. Very accommodating and the hotel was down a small lane off the main road so quiet.

We booked two rooms, it was great value for money, a good amount of space with even a writing desk, it was super clean and comfortable! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The location is great.It would be good if they had a bathmat that absorbed water. You could hear the lift dinging in the the room nearer the lift, not an issue for us but if you were a light sleeper this could be a bit distracting.

The staff, especially the owner Huan, were incredible. Our daughter tripped in a hole in the street near the river and her ankle was very swollen the next morning. Huan took her to the hospital and stayed with her while she was seen by the doctors and brought her home again afterwards. He also arranged a driver to take us to the Citadel and three tombs for which the cost for the four of us for the whole day was about €30 The hotel is quite basic but exceptional value for money and is in a perfect location being a few minutes walk from the walking streets.

I was welcomed and given a room well ahead of my check-in time. I could take a shower (very welcome after the night train from Hanoi), given a breakfast upon arrival (you can choose from a menu offering eggs, chicken noodle soup and standard toast with jam + coffee or tea) and start my day. I was given good advice on where to eat and the next morning I was taken to the bus stop by motorbike by the owner - it’s really around the corner but he was so kind to take me with my heavy bags - no small thing !! Location - very central - walking distance to many nice and tasty restaurants, and less than 3 minutes by motorbike to the citadel. Communicating could be a little difficult with other members of the staff but the owner speaks English and where we could not understand each other we used google translate - wonderful invention! Room (double) very spacious and super clean - even got a huge bottle of water and some fruit. Excellent WiFi (enough to stream things). Totally recommendable !

Great location, down an interesting lane way that once exited leads you to the most vibrant part of Hue... Very welcoming proprietor, can highly recommend.
