The location, amenities, breakfast, staff and value were all very good. No complaints at all. Reasonably comfortable bed and good sized room.Can be slightly noisy if you sleep on the front side of the building due to the location. Nothing too bad and didn’t effect sleep.

The room had single beds; great AC; included a la carte breakfast, though it was rather small (only one serving of breakfast + small “dessert”); reception spoke English fairy well and was very helpful when it came to booking taxis, getting around the city and to attractions. They do want to sell you bikes and cars for a day for a rather high price, but they are not forceful if you don’t want it; we could keep our luggage in the hotel the entire day after checking out and even got a tea in the afternoon; Location is great. You can walk to the Citadel, the area with many restaurants in the night is nearby (go to Maison Thran or Madame Thu for amazing, affordable local food).bathroom was very small

Great value for money. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Also breakfast menu is very nice and fresh. The best part...the lovely staff! They helped us with a perfect private tour to DMZ (for a very honest price) and also with booking scooters to Hoi An. They gave us such a warm welcome, that we would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Hue another time. Location is also perfect. In a small street without a lot of noise, but in the heart of Hue. Thanks for everything!Everything was perfect. Great value for money!

Friendliest and most welcoming and helpful staff!! Room was very clean, comfortable and great size (we had two double beds and still not cramped). Tasty breakfast and great location, only a minutes walk to the main restaurant/bar areas and about 10 mins walk to the river and imperial citadel. We rented bicycles, motorbikes and also booked an extra night at short notice.Nothing, everything was amazing

Excellent hotel! Literally rate this place so much- sad to only stay 1N but everything was brilliant. Got the overnight train so was allowed to check in early, the place was spotless, there was a fridge/minibar in the massive room, shower was fab and actually had a divider with the toilet. Nice breakfast with so much choice. Could walk to major attractions. The staff were ace (think it was family run?) and so helpful- grateful for their assistance in booking our onward travel too.
