Modern rooms."partial sea view" basically means if you push your face up agaisnt the window and look as far right as you can with your eyeballs falling out your eye socket you will see a wave from the sea. The rest of the view of of a derilict building site. My friends room smelled of vomit and they had to complain about the smell of it and eventually got a reluctant room change from the hotel. (They were celebrating just getting married)

Location.Buffet breakfast (very limited Western options), layout of the room (toilet was VERY close to the beds with very little privacy), food (room service and restaurant) was not great.

The hotel is conveniently located and nearer to beach. Room decoration is nice. Staff are alright.The rooms are small and the fixing of wash basin is not convenient.

Generally, they have friendly staff.From day 1 until mid-afternoon of day 2, ACU was not working and we were not able to rest well. No complementary was given (even just additional water) for the inconvenience they caused the guests. No flat iron was provided and was advised to avail of the service instead and it's not cheap. Hotel needs to consider that there are people who visit Danang for business too. Too noisy surrounding - requested for a top floor to manage noise, but it's the opposite, a lot of shouting going on since the pool is located on the top floor (open access). Upon check out (6:30 am), a guy in the reception area didn't bother to help/support me in carrying my luggage, the stairs of the hotel are quite high and steep. For the rest of my stay, the staff is friendly and helpful.

New hotel with a nice location. Staff speaks English good enough. Rooms size is OK, not too small not too big. Pool View is amazing.View from the room face some contraction site in front of the hotel. The hotel building is extremely close to a roundabout and you can always hear noice from motorcycles. Breakfast is OK, mostly Asian oriented. Not much choice for Europeans/ Americans. Very limited choice of fresh fruits. NO Espresso in a 4 star hotel !!!!
