Luxus Feeling direkt am Beach
Die Lage ist super, direkt am Strrand. Auch das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht von der Poolbar ist super zum Entspannen! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern, die Betten gehörten zu den bequemsten während unseres gesamten Vietnam-Urlaubs. Auch das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war lecker.Da wir nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel übernachtet hatten, wussten wir am nächsten Morgen nicht sofort unsere Zimmer-Nummer beim Check-In im Frühstücksbereich. Die Empfangsdamen hatten etwas merkwürdig darauf reagiert und lange in ihren Listen gesucht, bevor wir uns setzen konnten, was etwas merkwürdig war, da das Hotel wegen Corona sehr leer war. Vielleicht wäre ein anderes System, wie ein Zimmerkarten-Leser oder Breakfast-Voucher, wie in anderen vietnamesischen Hotels besser. Sonst alles Top, der Service ansonsten im gesamten Hotel super! :)

Mình thấy phòng suite nhưng giá khá bình dân, hưởng ưu đãi VIP: Phòng suite đẹp tuyệt, free đồ uống sky bar, tặng đĩa hoa quả chào mừng. Check in có thư chào mừng của KS 😘 Các bạn lễ tân rất nhiệt tình, biết lắng nghe và quan tâm tới khách hàng. Ăn sáng ổn, wifi mạnh. Sky bar khá chill! Khách sạn sát gần biển, gần trung tâm, ngay gần chân cầu Rồng. Ks tặng cho mình ly sinh tố tại sky bar, mình muốn mang về phòng, bạn pha chế cũng rất nhiệt tình “ship” tận nơi :D Bậc thềm hơi cao, khi mình đang loay hoay thì bạn nv chạy lại đỗ xe hộ mình. Đánh giá cao sự quan sát + nhiệt tình của các bạn!Tầng 5 cách âm hơi kém, nhưng sau khi phản ánh các bạn lễ tân đã xử lý ngay cho mình.
