Staff are helpful and friendly. Would stay for the next vacation. Love it.

The staff were very accommodating and very friendly but some had lots of trouble with simple English this made it mildly tough at times when asking for salt, pepper and lemon etc....which did not come with room service meals like fish n chips. The views were great though from the room and the roof top, pity there's no bar up there seems the obvious place to chill and enjoy a beer.The bed was very firm and the minibar fridge did not work. Reported this but was not addressed during our 3 night stay. Beach party was noisy but ended early thank goodness.

The staff were fantastic. We stayed 12 nights and found so much to see and do and opportunity to relax at pool/beach. They booked our tours for us, had a Vietnamese coffee ready for us at breakfast each day after the first day. Our air conditioner stopped working the last night we were there and after trying to fix it, they quickly moved us to another room with no fuss. Duy was fantastic and the ladies at reception were so lovely. The rooftop bar and pool was great. The meals were great, good selection and great service. Beach right across the street was superb. Highly recommend this hotel.Few ‘western’ breakfast options, however it was an adventure for us! The only option for restaurants around the hotel are seafood restaurants which would be superb if you loved seafood but it’s a short taxi ride to town for a myriad of choice.

I enjoyed the interior designs of the room.The location felt a bit far away
