Exceptional

Helpful staff, great location. Loved the pool bar and spa, breakfast was good too, options to suit all nationalities.

This hotel could be alot better with just a little more attention to details . Too bad

location.Aircon in the room didn't work, even as they had set it for 19 C and the fan was on the highest level. So people kept coming up and trying to fix it and then said call back in 20 minutes if it doesn't work. Well this went on for a few hours and their only idea on how to cool the room was to close the blackout curtains, lol, a really stupid solution to the problem, since i payed alot extra for a room with a full ocean view. It's really hard to view the ocean thru blackout curtains. Also the mini bar frig, had no coolness and i was told that is the way all of them are in the hotel. Well some time in the middle of the night the aircon and fans started working, and i woke Also the mini bar was free every day ,but the maids never restocked it unless i called the front desk people. up freezing cold .and he next day the frig was properly cold.

2nd visit to this excellent hotel

I returned for 2 nights after staying here in Sep-19. Awesome property, great facilities and among the best team of staff you’ll encounter in Vietnam. I was greeted by lots of the staff as a returning friend. Nice touch!There’s not a lot not to like. This time I stayed in one of the less expensive rooms, if you want more luxury stay in the best rooms, they’re ace!
