200k vnd per night for a large private. Good cable TV. Good AC. 2 nice pillows and a thick blanket. Friendly staff. Nice location near a bunch of cheap restaurants and convenience store next door. Overall I was happy with it and would stay again.Walls were thin and you could hear everything going on outside the room even down the stairs. Family living there, children shrieking early in the AM. Hot water ran out after about 3 minutes. No one really spoke english at reception but they were nice.
