Fair
Good location. Fair price. Friendly staff, even if they don't speak English much.There was no window outside. One window was blind and the other window was on interior staircase, it had to be occluded, otherwise everybody on the staircase or the hall can see what's inside. Furnitures were old. The bathroom door don't work good. The price is low and you get what you pay for.

Poor
Location. Close to river and dragon bridge.Beds very uncomfortable and woke up with lots bites, which we suspect from bed bugs after looking at mattress and sheets. Given a smoking room when on booking.com it said non smoking room, which smelt. Shower stayed hot for 30 seconds then ran cold. Had to leave key at reception each time you left the hotel, and then find someone when you returned to get your key back.
