Staff was so friendly, specially reception Thanh, she was really kind an arranged everything for us. Location is also great, only 5 minutes from the beach. There is a swimming pool on the roof and small fitness with a great view. I really recommend this place.Nothing

The staff are brilliant. So helpful. The hotel Is amazing value for money and just a short walk to the beach. Coffee hot and very good at breakfast but only half a jug at a time so it went quick!Breakfast was a little unusual! Good quality items. Lovely omelettes and noodles but the person ordering the foods has little idea of what a western customer would have for breakfast. One morning there was pizza, breaded fried dish, French fries. All good quality but the wrong items. Substitute for sausages, bacon, hash browns. For a continental European breakfast there was cake but no croissants or cheeses (cheese is a very expensive item so for the cost of the hotel I can understand this) only one type of cold meats. Some minor changes to breakfast would turn this into the bargain hotel of Da Nang as there really isn’t much wrong here! How about bò né for breakfast?

The room although small it was good. The staff was super helpful with everything. The overall conditions and cleanliness of the facilities.Breakfast is more in the Asian side with noodles and rice as breakfast and only some continental options. Swimming pool should be open for longer time. The location is good because is close to the beach, but at the same time all this area looks somehow not ready.

What I liked about the property was my room for the first three nights, it was airy had windows you could open and the bed was spacious as was the shower and toilet area. The shower was hot and had a view to the sea, also with the window open you could dry your swimming clothes. I was treated very well by all of the staff but particularly Hang Hang called me when my room was ready and also organised taxi for me during my stay. At breakfast she was. Dry helpful. Thankyou Hang.I didn’t find the food for breakfast to my taste. Also each morning they would run out of hot food. The breakfast buffet needs an automatic toaster not a manual one with a timer. Also a little fresh milk and some spreads for toast.

The beds were super comfortable, the view was beautiful and the staff spoke English very well and were super nice. The value is pretty great for so close to the beach, with marts and good food everything walkable distance.The only thing I didn’t like was that unless you paid on spot they tried to hold your passport, and it’s not that I didn’t trust the staff, it’s that I don’t trust someone sneaking in and stealing the passport. Maybe alternatively they could ask for a drivers license? And the breakfast was more lunch food, I feel if they added some eggs, pancake type foods it would feel more like breakfast. But the food was still good!
