They had quite a few English tv channels including CNN. They catered to our needs, especially for breakfast. Eggs were prepared to our liking. They were willing to take suggestions. They booked airline tickets for us and provided us with printed copies for our tickets. The staff were very friendly and always came to check on us to make sure we were comfortable. I would like to thank all staff, especially Tho, Hang, Nga and Thuy for making our stay a memorable one.They take a long time to replenish breakfast buffet items.

The Jolia team - extremely friendly & helpful. The room - spacious, comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom & toilet area. Swimming pool on the rooftop! Free bicycles and they have their own scooters for rent; these are much better in quality than those you rent on the street (cost is 160.000 dong/24 hr). Allows for a nice day ride to Hoi An! Location is 1 block from sea side, amidst restaurants and coffee bars. Had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.-

The location is really nice, staff is super friendly and helpful. The room looks really nice, and the buffet breakfast is also great. We really liked the swimming pool on the top, it is also super cool.The bathroom is quite transparent, and you can see when someone is sitting on the toilet. The surrounding are not so great beacuse if the constructions and waste, but that was quite typical in Da Nang or in Vietnam.
