Pleasant

Breakfast Spread was okay.staff were very responsive and great. All v positive Rooms were clean. View from my 2 bedroom apartment was amazing.Resort was tired looking. Not the 5 stars i was expecting. Buggy dirty looking.had shoe marks..

A memorable family holiday.

Breakfast was excellent. Good spread for kids and adults. Pho soup was good! The beach is really nice and clean.

Really Good Resort and Club Access

I was at the regency suite. The suite was big and near the beach, I loves it. The club access is definitely a plus as we had daily cocktails and other benefits. I liked the beach side: large beach access, pool near the beach and places to relax on the beach. Staff was extremely caring and accommodating.I think the food could be improved, 1/ 2 days in a raw the cocktail had only pork as meat choice (the staff then kindly gave us a portion of fish but this was not the buffet we expected) 2/ The Italian restaurant lacked some more western food choices.

Excellent

Staff overall was very helpful, the hotel setting is beautiful especially at the villas facing the ocean. The beach in front has very soft sand and is immaculate, with no touts bothering.Ocean villa with private pool is beautiful but the interiors are getting a little run down and in need of updates. Some tiles in the main pool are also broken and in need of repair
