Excellent

Good place to stay if you focus about cheap price and clean place. The room is clean, not big and not small too. No fridge, no ustensil inside the bedroom but their kitchen is downstairs, you can get dish from the family. The family is kind and are very convenient if you want to let your luggage in their place. It's not a place for interaction with other people, the family is busy and almost of the guests are young vietnamese couple who dont come for that. They have guitars and piano if you like playing and they have also some games. The area is interesting: market, a lot of cafe, quiet; a bit far from the downtown by walk but i prefer this area than downtown, you can rent a motorbike for a cheap price (around 120.000 ) to visit the city. You need calling credit on your mobile because they dont hear the ring and i had to call them to open the door even at 10pm.
