Leider nicht ganz wie erwartet.
-Gute Lage in Strandnähe - Schöner Pool auf Dachterasse.- Personal versteht kein Englisch - Frühstück nicht wirklich gut - dafür, dass das Hotel relativ neu eröffnet hat, sind die Wände im Zimmer bereits beschmiert - sehr kleine Zimmer, wir hatten wirklich kaum Platz mit Gepäck - andere Zahlungsbedingungen als vorher angegeben - geht garnicht und man könnte es aufgrund fehlender Englischkenntnisse auch nicht entsprechend kommunizieren - Poolbar auf dem Dach war leider nie geöffnet. Wir sind aufgrund der guten Bewertungen auf diese Hotel gekommen und wurden leider enttäuscht. Sind letztlich auch einen Tag früher abgereist (Da Nang selbst hat uns allerdings auch nicht gefallen).

Nhân viên đặt phòng đã xếp phòng cho mình ở tầng cao nhất đúng theo yêu cầu ❤.Sàn nhà trong phòng rất bẩn vì không được quét và lau, mình phải đi dép trong phòng và không thể đi chân đất. Cửa phòng không khóa được và gây ra sự không yên tâm. Mình đã báo lễ tân để sửa nhưng không được làm. Vị trí của khách sạn khó tìm vì các đường đi vào đó đều đang sửa.
