Breakfast is the best. Everything's good.

The hotel is brand new with big rooms, enormous windows (even in the bathroom), an excellent bed, lovely white sheets, great pillows and very efficient air-conditioning. I loved the bathtub and the view from the big bathroom window. The view is amazing and the breakfast excellent with plenty of variety. The pool area is beautiful and I had it for myself as none of the mostly Asian guests seemed to be interested in sunbathing on the roof that day. :) Kind and attentive staff. The hotel organised a good-value transfer to my next hotel in Hoi An. It might also be worth considering their airport transfer as the taxi drivers definitely do their best to scam tourists. A free tip: try Bep Hen restaurant while you are in Da Nang. Beautiful setting and excellent food! Makes a nice walk from the hotel!Earplugs are needed as the hotel is next to a busy road. The first night I slept like a baby with my earplugs on but the second night I could hear disco music and especially the bass till 3 a.m. despite wearing two different kinds of earplugs. I have no idea where the music came from. I truly hope the hotel reaches some kind of an agreement with its neighbours regarding the nightly music being played. Also a few minor things: The safety box wasn't attached to anything and could be carried around the room (and out of it as well if someone felt like it) and I needed assistance twice to understand how it worked. So if it prevented someone from getting my valuables inside, that someone was me, hehe. The windows were a little dirty which I can understand: they must get dirty really quickly du to all the traffic. The hotel is a new one and still needs to find "its way". Now it still lacked some character.

Clean, great rooftop pool and easy to walk to attractions.Breakfast wasn’t brilliant but the chef may have had an off day with the omelettes

The room is modern and clean. The views are great towards the river. They also managed to do laundry for us with a 6 humour turnaround and arrange some food for our departure at 4AM as we couldn't make regular breakfast.
