Staying at the Dreams Hotel in Da Nang was fantastic. The location was superb: it was very close to the beach; it was convenient for so many restaurants and shops and all main routes; and it was quiet as well. The staff here are fantastic - they offer a warm welcome and a family-like support system to ensure that you get all that you need from the experience. I ate in the associated bar on one occasion and devoured the spicy, seafood pizza. It was delicious. Breakfasts were also good - with an extensive choice available. My room was really comfortable - good bed; great bathroom - with a bath :-) Everything worked excellently - including wifi, air con, tv etc. Couldn't have been better ! I felt extremely well-looked after here by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble - for example, I needed to weigh my bags prior to travelling onwards and they supplied a scales to support my need. They were really helpful upon my departure, too. I would recommend to any friends and family and would stay here again. Great value for money!The location may not suit everybody - as it's a bit of a walk (or ride) to some of the main attractions e.g. Dragon Bridge but it suited my needs perfectly as the beach walks were fantastic !

Amazing stay at Dreams Hotel. The staff are accommodating even with limited English. They have a lift which is good for travelers with heavy luggages. The WiFi (at least on the 7th floor where I stayed) is pretty strong. Close to My Khe beach and there’s some nearby restaurants. Special thanks to Coco from the reception who insisted that I take two orders for my free breakfast on my second day as I wasn’t able to eat on my first day because I was picked up early for a tour, it was so kind of her. She didn’t have to do that but I can feel the sincerity. Please know that the gesture is much appreciated.If you are looking to be at the city center, then you might want to consider other hotels as this is a little far (about 5KM I think). However Grab car or bike are easily accessible. Breakfast is good but choices are a bit limited (it’s free anyway). The TV isn’t working and the remote control for the AC isn’t working too, it wasn’t a big deal for me as I’m out exploring the entire day.

Property was clean and location was close to tourist attractions such as beach, hoi an and marble mountain.The quality of food provided was not good and on a certain occasion staff casually said that things are out of stock and won’t be available for a month but next day they appeared out of the blue.
