In front of beach, view from both rooms was sea facing 11th floor, as we were 8 adults. Pick up & drop facility arranged from Airport with extra fee but very reliable & convenient. We booked the same van for visiting Ba Na Hills & pagoda. Tea coffee maker available in the room, slippers, bathrobe(only 2), comfy bed & spacious rooms, lot of storage. 2 TV in both rooms, it was raining heavily so they provided us with 4 big umbrellas to visit BA Na hills, very helpful, we also got to fill up our bottles from the water filter at the reception. They helped us to keep our luggage for couple of hours for free & also gave some plates & cutleries at night to have food in the rooms. We loved sitting outside at night & enjoy cool sea breeze, definitely recommend everyone. Breakfast buffet staff was very helpful & arranged special chicken dishes only for us next day as we had seafood allergies.Staff not good in English, so difficult to communicate, we reached very late, checked in 12 midnight , so all food joints closed. Only small water bottles available to buy, some were provided complimentary though by the hotel. Shower was not strong enough but they got it fixed next day, water leakage from window, but was fixed temporarily. They asked us to pay at property instead of taking the money from my card which was blocked through booking.com, would have been easier for us to manage our cash.

The view was very fascinating, especially from higher floors. The beach was across the road. On the 8th floor, the road was almost not heard. Agreed to add extra beds for children. Very caring and friendly staff. The breakfast was tasty.We booked a triple room on 3rd floor and it was a little different from the booking photos. The lower floor rooms are noisy. The staff apologized and changed it to a double room on 8th floor. There were a little fruits and no fish on breakfast. Everything else was amazing.
