Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and so caring. On arrival we sat down and were helped to map out all the areas to go. The room was lovely and huge, super clean and comfy. Breakfast was great, home cooked and tasty. They make you feel like part of the family and it is your home. Great location and 100% would recommend staying here as we will again. Cozy homestay with friendly staffs.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, we even got a small present at arrival. Familiar atmosphere (auntie made awesome banana pancakes for breakfast).Bathroom situation not ideal with combined shower and toilet.

We were positively surprised on arrival. The hotel is styled in a Vietnamese with classic french colonial style, simple and beautiful. Staff is wonderful, helpful and full of knowledge and suggestions about the local area. They created a very helpful google map with things to do, see, places to eat, drink and even a few pharmacies. Breakfast is spot on, coffee brilliant and they have a tea good collection of local craft beer too! It is a very classy place with a mix of younger and older travellers alike. The best part is that upon arrival you receive a personalised note and a little present :).
