Very helpful and friendly team. Recommended places to see and eat as soon as we arrived. Rented a scooter through them for day (100k) site seeing and for our journey to Hoi An. Room was lovely and comfy and spacious (balcony). Breakfast was very good too! Awesome selection of craft beers in the bar downstairs. Location was perfect. Also, you can pay card with no extra fee- the first of all the places we’ve stayed to do that.Everything was spot on.

Such a nice little place! The family that owns it is so nice and really helpful! Do not hesitate to ask them for recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable! They even offered us a little gift (to make drip coffee) upon our arrival 😍 Definitely an amazing place to stay at in Hue.

Nice very clean rooms with everything you need. Staff is amazing - they will go to great lengths to accomplish you they are very helpful. They give a lot of tips of what to see and where to eat. They even gave us their cellphone number if we had any questions during our visit (not only related to the hotel). We texted them twice with questions about the boatrides to the tombs and they were very helpful. Also breakfast is nice. Lastly they also gave us a note and a small gift which was very nice (we could not bring it with us sadly as we already overpacked but we appreciated the gesture). For the price I doubt you can find better - we recommend it!The walls are thin, you can hear people walking on the corridor so without earplugs we would have trouble sleeping. A small thing was that prior to a stay they send us a message informing us that the room we booked was small and with a window to the corridor and they offered to upgrade for a small fee - which we did. However, the room we got still had the window to the corridor (not as in the pictures of the room) and they claimed that it was what we booked (which probably is correct however we felt that in that case their message was a bit misleading and we would not have to upgrade). They did however offer directly to switch us the next day to a room with window to the outside so they really do their best to accommodate you.

Great value! Extremely helpful and cordial staff. Very clean. Good location. Banana pancakes for breakfast are delicious! We highly recommend Purple Hue!
