It was so calming. All of staff were SOOO lovely and extremely polite, like unbelievably polite!! They really make your stay! So sweet and kind and caring, all of them. The koi fish pond was lovely to look at. As was the vertical type garden they have when you look up to all the rooms from the lobby. The bed was lush and you could play their soft relaxing music in your room. The breakfast was Vietnamese style, they also has toast, fruits, mini donuts and yoghurts.Our hot water situation. 30% of our showers were without hote water, we had to “wait 5mins, but it still didn’t heat up?”. More hooks for hanging wet towels are needed. There was only 1 hook and myself and my partner obviously used 2 towels. And shelves at bathroom sink would be handy or event a little caddy that sits under the sink. There was hardly any room for toiletries and no drawers under sink so had to take everything to and from the bathroom constantly. We stayed in Room 505 which was directly under the pool, so the pool filter runs for a few hours of the day which was extremely loud in our room but the staff kindly turned it off for us when we couldn’t handle it any longer.

Super lovely staff, dreamy pool (although too shallow to swim in!), close to the beach, super clean and lovely.

Besides the location being 5 mins away walking distance from beach, it was nearby to most restaurants and cafes. Would recommend to explore the smaller eateries over the big ones as they serve much better tasting dishes! Also, the hotel staff was very, very accommodating, exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. Love the excellent service from the boutique hotel staff and rooms are very comfy to return to. Breakfast was delightful to have next to the calming koi pond <3 Highly recommended and would deff return for another trip!
