The staff were great especially during checkout. Facilities were also very good.Wifi could be faster (but still faster than Australia’s internet which isn’t hard)

Well located, near the Dragon bridge where you could have a nice morning stroll or watch the bridge changing its colours in the evening from the rooftop. The breakfast was basic but nice and served almost instantly. I felt very welcome, staff was really helpful, genuinely caring & engaging. I got nice advices for places to visit. Cozy decorated hall & nice atmosphere in the hostel overall, including guests. Thank you :).No regrets :)

Good location, spacious and clean room, free toiletries, basic breakfast but included in price. Easy to book transportation or ask for restaurant tips at reception - kind staff.

I stayed [lived] at this hostel for 14 days. Comfortable beds. Delicious light breakfast free every morning. Friendly staff. Privacy curtains in the bunk. Private fan in bunk. Big storage unit under bed. Large lockers with free key (very important to me) Every room has a balcony. Toilet separate from shower. Hot water! Free shampoo and body wash. Always toilet paper. Staff cleans rooms daily. Great multi-tiered roof top balcony. Great location.Upon arrival, first couple of days the WiFi was not working properly. But after a complaint the hostel owners quickly fixed it and it was stronger than ever before!
