EVERYTHING were great. Staffs were being nice and kind, breakfast were good 10 out of 10. really satisfied with the service.How could you arranging a couple room next to NOISY Vietnamese Family? it is Non-sense. This does not mean every Vietnamese are terrible and Nosiy. I understand they will get excited and cannot hold their emotions because it is Holiday. But you should arrange the family group next to another family group's room. Not next to couple room. I paid around 17,000,000VND for 3 nights(Ocean View room) and was thinking I would spend 3 unforettable nights with my Girlfriend in really nice/quiet room. But you guys destroyed my dream by arranging next to Family room. there were 5 Children and parents in the next door and we could hear everything from their room since they kept yelling at each other. We had to contact to staff for 2 days because of the noise they made. this room had 0 soundproof. You guys should think before arranging customers rooms. If you arranged another family in to our room, they would understand each other and would not bother each other. But a couple and Family is totally different!! felt like I have wasted 17,000,000VND. I would rather go to another place next time.

cleanliness, sparkling… convenient for families with small kids, safe.big Pool with shallow water for all ages, safe, never felt crowded.

Not much this time. Everything is old, broken and dirty.We've been staying at this hotel for the past 8 years. I was so shocked and disappointed at how the hotel is deteriorating. Our rooms were moldy. There were poisonous ants all over but all the hotel staff did was apologizing to us and nothing more. We've never been more disappointed and if it wasnt because of an event which forced us to stay there, we would never come back again. There are newer and better hotels around the Hyatt Regency for the same price.

location, beach, pool, room are great!if you want to pay your spendings at check-out, you must deposit 1 mil. VND per day at check-in. otherwise you must pay cash/card at the pool-bar or beach bar:) So, to be able spent money at hotel facilities you must pre-pay some amount first:)))) Was trying to order in room dining for about 40 min. Failed….
