Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff with good understanding of English. Good food delivered to room.Sometimes the WiFi wasn't reliable.

Went out their way for myself and couple of fellow travelers. Hotel was clean as, and manager made it a priority because of Coronovirus. Breakfast was simple, but fresh. Tours and bus tickets could be booked, as well as laundry services. Hotel was very close to many good bars and restaurants, and the walk to the Citadel was about twenty minutes.

I would give 20/10 if I could. I took this as a recharging place between dorms and it delivered beyond expectations. It is clean, very comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful. The prices of the services / tours are below what you would get after endless bargaining in town.(except perhaps the food, but there are gazillion options for that...).

We had a wonderful stay at Hue Mate. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from all the restaurants and shops. The hotel is immaculately clean, very modern and everything looks brand new. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. Highly recommend for your stay in Hue!The reception staff didn’t speak much English so it was quite difficult to communicate at times. However, this did not affect the quality of our stay.
