NEVER AGAIN
Hotel was O.K. Good room/ modern.Reception Manager..RUINED EVERYTHING. Argued..and said " You must pay extra $6 for tonight". Repeatedly told me" you did not tell other Reception you were staying ton8ght". FINALLY ( after she kept talking OVER ME) I said- if I DID NOT SAY to other reception " Can I get Laundry back tonight if I leave it now?". She then made MANY CALLS..asking IF I had put in Laundry for washing. NO APOLOGY. !!

Good rooms with nice location and the owner is a nice friendly personn.
This is my second stay in this hotel. Small hotel, but rooms are small but well equipped. Air-condition is good and cool enough and the bed is comfortable. Could have nice if they provide complimentary coffee sachet like many other hotels in Vietnam.No coffee complimentary.
